Britannia Bennetts of Malvern did a great job of moving us from Malvern all the way up to Aberdeenshire. From the start of the process Read Morethe start of the process their communication and organisation were first class and we always felt well informed as to what the process involved, the costs involved and deadlines. The removal of all our belongings, and there were a lot of them, was a seemless process completed by friendly and efficient people. It was all taken into Bennetts own storage facility in Malvern where it safely stayed for 4 months for a very reasonable monthly charge. When it came to delivering our stuff from storage up to Aberdeenshire, a journey of approximately 430 miles, the organsisation, setting of a date and communication of events, was again seemless, professional and transparent. It is important here to mention Nick and Tan personally, the two guys who drove all our stuff up and unloaded it for us, because they were excellent. They could not have been more polite, friendly, efficient and positive about the whole day. They listened carefully to any specific requests we made and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the fifteen steps down to the front door of our new home didn't seem to phase them in any way. And they went to great effort getting a sofa through a door (successfully) that I would not even have attempted. So I would highly recommend Britannia Bennetts of Malvern to anyone planning a move. They're the best!!

These guys are excellent! I have about half a dozen moves behind me with Bennetts and I have always found them polite, courteous, efficient and Read Morethem polite, courteous, efficient and respectful of my possessions. I have used the packing service, moved into store, out of store and into a new home. The service isn’t the cheapest but it does represent really good value for money. Hence the 5 stars 🤩

Britannia Bennetts moved us in January 2026, one of the coldest days of the year. This was our first move in over 30 years Read Moremove in over 30 years and they made the process so straightforward. From the initial meeting and quote nothing was too much trouble even though our first sale fell through three months down the line. They were always very supportive, polite and helpful. On the day they arrived at 8.00am loaded the lorry and headed off to our new house. The removal crew had the same courteous attitude with nothing too much trouble on what is undoubtedly one of the most stressful things to undertake. On arrival at the new house they worked tirelessly to get everything in the property, even though the odd piece of furniture proved troublesome to get up the stairs!! Although we have no plans to move again I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I know my brother received a similar service from them the previous year.

I used the Malvern team at Britannia Bennetts to organise our recent office move. The whole team were fantastic, from the reassuring advice and guidance Read Morethe reassuring advice and guidance on my first enquiry to the actual moving day. The team worked incredibly hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. They dismantled and reassembled desks for me and were happy to put furniture exactly where I wanted it in the new office. The team from Bennett turned up as organised the afternoon before the main removal and took a lot of the stuff out of the house Read Morestuff out of the house to make life easier for everyone. The following morning the rest of the house was emptied, there was no damage on the house or the items on the way out a lot of care was taken. We were moving from Worcester to Scotland which is quite stressful on itself, and we had to live in an Airbnb for a week prior for the purchase of our new property. The people at Bennett held our stuff on board their truck for five days communication was fantastic. Charlie and Harry were the two on the delivery run they called a couple of times en route to let me know how they were progressing and when they were half an hour out, we agreed a place to meet to make life easier for them rather than going over all the back roads. The offloading of the truck took about five hours but prior to the offloading they put protectors onto the doors and banisters up the stairs. Charlie and Harry put everything where they needed to be put and even allowed time for me to put things together before they place something else on top of them. They also move things around if that was required to happen and we had messed up. We have now managed to unpack and nothing has been damaged or broken which is great. We all went out for a bite to eat that evening and the lads stayed overnight at our property and they were gone the following morning. I cannot praise them enough. They’re doing a hard job with a lot of manual work to it. There was no swearing there was no shouting and there was lots of smiles and laughs That helps to take the stress out of moving as well. All I can say is thank you for a brilliant job, Kev Robertson.

Quietly confident, friendly and professional team of men who moved us: collection on Friday, delivery on Monday and although it required shuttling our things (twice Read Morerequired shuttling our things (twice the effort) to another temporary destination which wasn't foreseen in the planning due to size of lorries and trees, at no additional cost, our things all ended up in the right destination. We used Britannia Bennett’s for our Move last Friday. We used their packing service which was worth every penny, the whole house was boxed up Read Morewhole house was boxed up efficiently by early afternoon on the Thursday by Phil & Tam and we were left our essentials for the day & night. On the day of the move Phil, Tam and Paul came to load up all of our belongings room by room so we could have a quick clean behind them. We were out of our old house by 1230 and unloaded into our new one by 5pm. We have never had a move as stress free. We used to view a packing & move service a luxury but after this move we see it as an essential! Very Professional through the whole process from survey to move. Would recommend to anyone looking to move home.

From the reviews it is clear to see that Bennetts are a very good family run independent business, which is why we chose them to Read Morewhy we chose them to remove and store some equipment whilst we undertook an extensive refurbishment. Life throws it's occasional curve balls and this is when you really see the true colours of a company - their attitude and actions when things go wrong. We had a curve ball and the team at Bennetts - with Judith at the helm - sprung into action to get things sorted out without delay and at a significant cost and hassle to them. All during a busy run up period to Christmas. At all times I was kept informed and felt supported and they removed the hassle of jumping through the hoops of the insurance company. It could have been a very stressful time as we were spinning a number of plates all with timelines to meet. Brilliant team, brilliant company, true to their word. We had used Bennetts over 10 years ago and vaguely remembered they were good and had moved us without any hassle so they seemed the Read Morehassle so they seemed the obvious choice to move us again. They turned out to be a very wise choice, the team of guys led by Paul were outstandingly cheerful and never once did they complain when the camera at our new home squawked that they were under surveillance every ten seconds. Britannia Bennetts have been absolutely fabulous during both our house moves and for all our storage needs. When we moved from Kent, they Read Morewe moved from Kent, they organised ground floor storage for all our furniture/heavy garage items and were very helpful at every step of the way. We were impressed by the politeness and skill with which Bennetts handled our move, particularly Phil and Paul, who were in charge, and the Read Morewere in charge, and the younger other members of the team. Whatever they thought about having to move some heavy and difficult items they did not let this affect their professional attitude. The second moving day lasted until about 7.30pm in the evening, and we heard no complaints. The only slight cavil was biscuit wrappers and drinks bottles left lying about, but I expect this was accidental.

We used Bennetts to ship an antique writing desk, over 120 years old, from Cheltenham to Australia. They drilled holes through the legs of Read Moreholes through the legs of this antique family artefact to hold it in place on a pallet. DISGRACEFUL- and despite us writing to them, no apology forthcoming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. This desk has been in our family for over 100 years, had been moved from UK to Kenya, to Borneo, back to the UK in the preceding 70 years all without incident, and we had hoped that Bennetts would treat it carefully. This move cost £3750, expensive but considering the sentimental value, we had felt at the time that it was worth it - sadly we have been let down by inferior attention to detail from Bennetts.

Bennetts have provided an absolutely first class service for us from moving us out of our old home, keeping our belongings in storage for over Read Morebelongings in storage for over 2 years, then moving us into our new home. Staff in the office are courteous, pleasant to talk to and provide an efficient service, such as Ellie. Storage container fees are very reasonable and our belongings came out of storage in perfect condition after over 2 years! The icing on the cake was the fantastic removal crew who moved us into our new home in Malvern. I wish to thank Paul, Phil and Calum for working tirelessly with great care and professionalism to move all our items without any damage and just for being so helpful. I cannot recommend Bennetts enough, I would choose them over any other removal company.

A team of 3 came to load us and they were very quick, efficient and on time. Next day they arrived at our new home Read Morearrived at our new home within 10 minutes of the agreed time of 8 am after a 200 mile journey. There were problems getting a large, self-assembly bookcase around the double bend in the stairs. They promptly took it apart and reassembled it again upstairs. How do you pick a removal company if you have no personal experience, or trusted recommendation? In our case we read reviews & initially trusted Read Moreread reviews & initially trusted a "gut feeling". This initial feeling grew firmer with every step of the process. We were moving from Worcestershire to Devon, so we knew from the outset that this would be a multi day operation. ( Although at least one company stated during the initial phone call that it could be done in one day! ). From stage one everything about Bennetts "just worked". The appointment for Mr Bennet to come & survey our house was made rapidly, ( unlike multiple other companies, who took themselves out of the running at this stage ). The survey & conversation made us aware that the Bennetts equipment allowed them to offer the service of demounting the body of the vehicle overnight for a very minor charge. For us this meant that the house was not being emptied on completion day. A weight off everbodys mind! When the initial quote was done we could not give a completion/removal date, and the delay was longer than we would have liked, but contact with the company was ongoing & very informative. Come the day of the loading & we discovered that we had the pleasure of Jack & Charlie. What can be said about these two young men? A credit to any company & to their parents! Polite, efficient, friendly. How the house was emptied so swiftly remains a mystery. Perhaps they had more staff hiding in their van! Two days later the same two young men arrived at the promised hour of 8:00am, which had required a 4:00am start from their depot. Once again the whole process was incredibly efficient. It's hard to describe just how well they worked. At all stages they protected carpets etc, and our property was cared for at every stage of the operation. How can you rate a company? 10/10, 5Star, 110%. None of these ratings mean much out of context. We would have no hesitation in giving an unqualified recommendation to Bennetts & every one of their staff.

The facility is immaculately clean, secure, well lit, has plenty of trolleys, is quite and has plenty of parking. The room was dry and clean and due to their security it never entered my mind that anything may have been stolen. I can't recommend the facility and service highly enough.

Wonderful service from packing items carefully to loading the van and unloading at the other end. Very helpful and even made a drop off en Read Moremade a drop off en route of garden furniture as I was moving to a flat. 3 different teams over the 3 days, every single member was polite, helpful and respectful of my cherished belongings. The team of Charlie, Matt and Ted could not have been more helpful despite a 4am leave to travel across country and then many flights of stairs. I was moving alone but felt so accompanied by all over the 3 days and definitely in safe hands. I was sad to wave them off at the end! Highly recommend them for any job, you won't regret it.
