The cost depends on the amount being moved, the distance, access at both properties and whether you require packing, storage or specialist handling. After discussing your move or completing a survey, we will provide a clear written quotation.
- 2. How far in advance should I book a removal company?
Booking early is recommended, especially for Fridays, month-end dates and busy summer periods. You can request a quotation before your moving date is fully confirmed and update us once the date becomes clearer.
- 3. Do you provide packing services?
Yes. We offer full packing, part packing and fragile-item packing services. We can also supply suitable boxes and packing materials if you prefer to pack your own belongings.
- 4. Can you store my belongings between moving dates?
Yes. Secure storage is available if there is a gap between leaving your current property and moving into the next one. Storage can also be used before or after the move if you need additional space.
- 5. How do you protect furniture and fragile items?
Our trained team uses suitable covers, wrapping and careful loading methods. Tell us about artwork, mirrors, antiques, glass furniture or unusually large items during the survey so we can plan the correct protection and equipment.
- 6. What happens if access or parking is difficult?
Tell us about narrow roads, restricted parking, stairs, lifts, steep drives or long carrying distances before moving day. We will take these details into account when planning the vehicles, team and timing for your move.
