Our second move with Britannia Bennetts of Malvern. Again, outstanding service from start to finish. We moved some ourselves and they were very flexible and Read Morethey were very flexible and accommodating to making sure everything worked to budget and time scales. Packing was super efficient and on the move day itself, everything went super quickly and without hassle. Everyone from the guys in the office to the team on the vans was super friendly, helpful and clearly experienced, so a highly professional job all round. A great team, Phil Tam, Alan and Nick, moved our home carefully into storage as and when agreed. They were courteous and careful. Help was Read Morecourteous and careful. Help was given with separating " leave" items .I have moved eleven times and I'd say this has been the best company. Sure all the teams at Bennetts are good but I do hope we get this one to move us into our new home.

Britannia Bennetts of Malvern did a great job of moving us from Malvern all the way up to Aberdeenshire. From the start of the process Read Morethe start of the process their communication and organisation were first class and we always felt well informed as to what the process involved, the costs involved and deadlines. The removal of all our belongings, and there were a lot of them, was a seemless process completed by friendly and efficient people. It was all taken into Bennetts own storage facility in Malvern where it safely stayed for 4 months for a very reasonable monthly charge. When it came to delivering our stuff from storage up to Aberdeenshire, a journey of approximately 430 miles, the organsisation, setting of a date and communication of events, was again seemless, professional and transparent. It is important here to mention Nick and Tan personally, the two guys who drove all our stuff up and unloaded it for us, because they were excellent. They could not have been more polite, friendly, efficient and positive about the whole day. They listened carefully to any specific requests we made and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the fifteen steps down to the front door of our new home didn't seem to phase them in any way. And they went to great effort getting a sofa through a door (successfully) that I would not even have attempted. So I would highly recommend Britannia Bennetts of Malvern to anyone planning a move. They're the best!!

These guys are excellent! I have about half a dozen moves behind me with Bennetts and I have always found them polite, courteous, efficient and Read Morethem polite, courteous, efficient and respectful of my possessions. I have used the packing service, moved into store, out of store and into a new home. The service isn’t the cheapest but it does represent really good value for money. Hence the 5 stars 🤩
